The Centre has extensive facilities for providing Ayurvedic Panchakarma & Wellness treatment programmes backed by a team of Ayurvedic doctors and male/female masseurs to provide the Ayurveda treatment.

The Centre offers unique residential holistic programmes for “Panchakarma” and “Wellness”. These are very effective for the purification and rejuvenation of the body and mind. Both the Panchakarma and Wellness Packages include participation in Yoga, Meditation, a properly balanced Diet and Healing Music. Each of these activities contributes to the overall healing and rejuvenation process, working on multiple levels of the individual, to give a thorough cleansing and healing effect on the body, mind and soul.

Ayurveda specializes in ailments such as Joint pains, Rheumatism, Arthritis, Diabetes, Spondylitis, Asthma, Neurological disorders, Migraine, partial paralysis, etc. Only a personal examination of the patient by an Ayurveda Physician will determine the actual diagnosis and then the course of treatment is determined.

Panchakarma is a holistic treatment method which combines Ayurvedic treatments with Yoga, Meditation, Music, Lifestyle correction, Diet Planning and medicines to achieve a healthy body, mind and spirit.

PANCHAKARMA PACKAGE

Is the best way to detoxify, cleanse and rejuvenate yourself. We recommend that you plan your package in consultation with our doctors if you are suffering from a particular disease to achieve optimum results.

Panchakarma Package options: 15 days, 22 days and 30 days

The basic treatments include:
Abhyanga, Svedan, Antar Snehan, Virechan, Basti, Shirodhara, Pizichill, Sarvangdhara, Navrakizhi, Nasya & Health Consultation. After this initial treatment, additional therapies are carried out according to the specific disease of the patient and length of the package.

* NOTE: As some of the therapies are intensive and require rest between the therapies, the package includes occasional rest days.


WELLNESS PACKAGE

Wellness package is designed to relax and rejuvenate your body, relieve your mind of stress and revitalize your energy, so that you can enjoy life to the utmost. Prevention is better than cure, so for those already blessed with good health, the Wellness Package provides the ideal rejuvenation treat for keeping toned at all levels and attaining a healthy glow.

The treatments may include: Abhyanga, Svedan, Nasya, Shiro Dhara, Karnapuran, Synchronised Abhyangam, Padabhyanga and Health Consultation. The Wellness of each visitor is important to us. Keeping this in mind our centre has designed based on the science of “Vaastu Shastra” (Indian Feng Shui).

* Note: Exact number of treatments may vary according to the length of the package and the individual’s state of health. Some of the above-mentioned therapies are also offered more than once. The package includes occasional rest days as required between the therapies.


Ayurvedic Diet, Yoga, Meditation, Music

Meals are planned as per the doctor's advice, considering the balance of vata, pitta and kapha doshas. The meals are purely vegetarian and consist of a balanced menu of rice, pulses, vegetables, soups, salads, etc. The guests are offered different planned menus for each day.

Yoga, Meditation & Healing Music: The ultimate aim in life is to attain peace and harmony fo the body, mind & spirit. To help in this process Yoga and Meditation are offered every morning and are a well balanced routine of Kriyas, Pranayam, Stretching & Relaxation. Healing music is used, this is an unique research oriented treatment.
